We ship our electric bicycles throughout the United States. If electric bikes are not available to you locally, we'll make purchasing an electric bike easy for you.

An electric bike is best experienced by riding it, not just looking at it on a web page. For that reason, we think the best way to purchase an electric bike is to find an electric bike store in your area, test ride the bikes they carry, and select and purchase a bike that makes you happy.

If you don't have an electric bike store in your area, we will be happy to assist you in choosing a bike. We ship throughout the country. We'll make it easy for you to purchase a bike. We are happy to answer your questions, provide information, and help you purchase your bike and get the most out of it for years to come.

We will be happy to ship an electric bike to you. All of our electric bikes are assembled, tested, and adjusted by one of our professional bicycle mechanics before being reboxed and shipped. If any final assembly is required (depends upon the bike model), we will ship the bike to a bike shop in your area (you tell us which one is convenient) and the bike shop for final assembly steps (typically requiring less than 30 minutes of the bike shop's time -- to be paid by the customer).

Our goal is to do everything we can to make sure you get the most (the most miles, the most safety, the most pleasure) from your electric bike. Our approach to selling and shipping bikes has that goal in mind.
