These bicycles incorporate the Wavecrest Adaptive Motor system to deliver
power with the touch of your thumb. Though incredibly powerful, the motor
is also essentially silent and vibration-free. The result is both acceleration
and exhilaration.
You can pedal on your own without using the motor or you can use the motor
without pedaling. For the greatest range, you can pedal while using the
motor and experience a ride unlike any you've ever had before.
The Wavecrest technology (developed by TidalForce's parent company, Wavecrest
Laboratories) not only helps with acceleration, it revolutionizes the
experience of braking as well. The TidalForce bicycles are the only bicycles
on the market that incorporate regenerative braking: the regenerative
brakes recharge the battery to give you greater range.
The M-750 uses the DARPA-approved Montague Paratrooper® folding frame.
The M-750 was originally developed for military and law enforcement use.
The military version is the same as the civilian version with two exceptions:
no gun rack and a maximum assisted speed of 20 miles per hour (to keep
it street legal). If the M-750 is rugged enough to be dropped by parachute
into Afghanistan (where it is currently being used), you can be confident
it will deliver the power and dependability you'll need for your travels.

A Note About Wavecrest Bikes
In October 2005 Wavecrest announced they were returning to their research and development roots and would no longer sell TidalForce bicycles. They have since sold their remaining inventory of bicycles and transferred all support to a third party.
Service and support for all TidalForce bicycles is being provided by Light Electric Vehicle Technologies (LEVT). LEVT can be reached at 1-8888-880-1988.
