- We'll help you choose the bike that's right for you. As a start, we've put lots of information on our web site. We'll also answer any questions you have. Feel free to contact us via phone at (415) 642-4321 or email at steve@myebike.com. Let us know what you need to help.
- We'll have your new bike assembled by our professional staff. It will be professionally assembled, adjusted, tested, and ready to roll.
- We'll add whatever accessories you desire and customize the bike to your specifications. If you want something out of the ordinary (even more out of the ordinary than an electric bike already is!), we'll do our best to meet your needs.
- You can pick up your bike at one of our bike shops or we will ship it to you. If you are planning a trip to the San Francisco Bay Area, we can arrange for your bike to be ready when you arrive (riding your electric bike on the San Francisco hills is even more fun than a cable car ride) and ship it home for you at the end of your visit.
- We're here for you after your purchase to help you get the most out of your bike. We'll answer any questions you have and do whatever we can to make sure you enjoy the benefits of many wonderful miles and years on your bike.

- We offer a bike theft replacement policy that you won’t find anywhere else. If your bike is stolen, submit a copy of the police report and we'll give you a one-time discount on a replacement bike (read all the details). Though we hope you'll never need it, we'll help out in case of theft.
- We'll provide you with a replacement battery at cost. When you need a replacement battery, whether it’s one or two years for a lead acid battery or three to five years for a Nickel Metal Hydride battery, we'll provide it to you with no markup. Another reason why your electric bicycle may be the most economical form of transportation you will ever own and why buying it from The Electric Bike Network will be the purchase decision you can make.
- We'll give you a place to sell your used electric bike. When you purchase a bike from us and if you want to sell your used electric bike (when you want to trade up, for example), you are invited to list your bike in a "used bikes" area that we'll have on our web site when used bikes are available. We'll direct people to you who are interested in your bike and make it easier for you to sell your bike.
- If you live in the San Francisco Bay Area, we buy you a one year membership in your local bicycle coalition. Your local bicycle coalition is hard at work advocating for the needs of cyclists, electrified and non-electrified, in your community. For more information, check out allies in local transportation.
- We donate 10% of after-tax profits to non-profit organizations addressing transportation and environmental issues. We started The Electric Bike Network because we believe that electric bikes will make owners healthier and happier and will contribute to improving our communities. The more we can make a difference, the better off we all are. Purchasing a bike from us will make a difference in your life and will help us make a broader impact as well.
